When the US economy was on a downward spiral, many automotive manufacturing facilities were forced to close their doors. However, this didn’t stop a group of investors, with longtime experience in nonwovens and automotive acoustics, from purchasing an empty manufacturing plant in Hildebran, NC. In October 2009, Marves Industries was born and its primary focus was on excellent quality and customer-tailored non-woven solutions.

Today, Airlite Nonwovens has nearly 100 employees and has become a vital resource in the nonwovens industry. All of its systems are ISO 9001 & IATF 16949:2016 registered and certified.
